The Annual NMQF Leadership Summit on Health Disparities and Spring Health Braintrust
The National Minority Quality Forum established the Annual Summit on Health Disparities to assist health care providers, professionals, administrators, researchers, policy makers, community and faith-based organizations in delivering quality care to diverse populations. With nearly 1000 attendees annually, the Summit has educated thousands of health leaders.
This year’s theme for the National Minority Quality Forum’s Annual Leadership Summit on Health Disparities and Spring Health Braintrust is Reimagining Our Healthcare to Protect the Most Vulnerable. Join us April 17-18 for this in-person event featuring leaders across the healthcare equity community!

**Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. The National Minority Quality Forum has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the National Minority Quality Forum cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending a National Minority Quality Forum event could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By registering for this event, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending this National Minority Quality Forum event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a National Minority Quality Forum event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, the National Minority Quality Forum staff, volunteers, and program participants and venue staff.
