Executive Team

Charlotte is Chief Operating Officer of Strong Heroes. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for the management of the operations team and of various organizational development initiatives. Charlotte has long been dedicated to community service, including through her volunteer work in teaching elementary school students debate. She serves as the competition chair on her school’s DECA team, the multimedia director for her school’s newspaper, and the secretary for the Spanish club. Outside of school, Charlotte is an avid ballet dancer in the pre-professional division at Rye Ballet Conservatory and has attended the Rock School of Dance’s summer ballet intensive in 2022. She also has volunteered at her ballet school as a teaching assistant, where she aids in teaching elementary school students the basics in ballet.

Charlotte’s passion for the work of Strong Heroes stems from her deep desire and commitment to help eliminate inequalities in healthcare treatment and outcomes across America.
