DESCRIPTION:The Plantrician Project (TPP)\, in partnership with Healthy Heart Nation (HHN)\, is excited to bring you the Health Equity and Lifestyle Project (HELP) conference which will explore health disparities in the African American Community. Understanding that where we live\, work\, play\, pray and eat all play a role in positive health outcomes\, the HELP conference will bring together a diverse group of clinical experts and researchers to discuss the relationship between stress and food insecurities on health disparities. \nThe HELP conference will also converge national leaders in business\, faith sector\, education\, hospital administration\, etc. to discuss the role of each sector in building the health of the community.
